1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on and using the Yeho Homes platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a Channel Partner. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.

3. Channel Partner Program

  • Partners must select a valid package and make the required deposit to activate their account.
  • Commissions are credited based on the levels and percentages configured by the company and may be updated at any time.
  • Monthly bonuses are credited as per the package terms and subject to company performance.
  • Partners are responsible for the accuracy of their referral network activities.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

  • All deposits must be made using the payment methods designated by Yeho Homes.
  • Deposits are subject to admin verification and approval before they are credited.
  • Withdrawals are subject to minimum amount limits, tax deductions, and admin approval.
  • Yeho Homes reserves the right to reject withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.

5. Plot Allocation

Plot allocation is subject to the terms of the specific package purchased. The company will initiate formal plot registration upon receipt of the full package amount. Specific plot details will be communicated separately.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the referral system.
  • Providing false information during registration or transactions.
  • Engaging in fraudulent payment activities.
  • Misrepresenting the company's offerings to potential partners.

7. Termination

Yeho Homes reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Pending balances may be forfeited in cases of fraud or misconduct.

8. Disclaimer

The returns mentioned are based on the configured package terms and are not guaranteed. Real estate investments carry inherent risks. Yeho Homes shall not be liable for any losses arising from market conditions beyond its control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at the registered office location of Yeho Homes.
